Our Founder

Dr. Om Singh Verma (DIN: 07663720) established ESFI with the belief in "Developmental Charity" — a continuous contribution toward empowering rural communities, beyond symbolic gestures of charity.

With 55+ years of experience in Agricultural Extension, he served in key positions at ICAR, AICTE, and West Virginia University (USA). At 82, he continues to lead ESFI with dedication.

Mission

To support rural people within agriculture, village industries, and rural crafts through structured developmental charity aimed at transforming India’s rural landscape.

Vision

To uplift 146 million farmers across 6 lakh villages by promoting scientific agriculture, technological advancement, and multi-stakeholder collaboration.

Giving: Provide agri-inputs, not cash.

Giving cash to farmers is redundant. Give them agri-inputs.

Completion: Finish what we begin.

Better not to start the task if you can not complete it. Do not leave it midway.
